Sending us high quality graphics (pictures, logos, etc) is important to create a quality product that you'll love. We always prefer file formats of AI, PDF, EPS or CDR (any other types may incur charges to make your file usable). The below images show the difference between JPG files and AI, EPS files in print and engraving. We will contact you if the file provided does not meet our standards and to determine the next step.
